Zyxel: the Internet on a PC works, but Wi-Fi simply not

I encountered the following problem. I reboot the modem. Everything goes fine. Internet icon on PC and wi-fi lights up, and after a minute wi-fi goes out and it just doesn’t exist, although on PC it is there. Phones connect to wi-fi for the first minute, but after that it just disappears. Strange phenomenon.

As I think there is a problem with the router, but the router was taken a week ago. That’s why I have such doubts.

You have described the problem itself very poorly and unclearly. I have some questions. Give me an answer in the comments.

You wrote that “the internet icon on the PC and wi-fi will light up”. Is the computer connected to the router via cable?
You also wrote that the wi-fi goes out, but on the PC it is there. How’s that?
After wi-fi goes out on phones, does any device see it?
Did you buy the router a week ago? Did it work right away?

It seems to me that the problem could be that you just turned off the Wi-Fi network with the button on the router. Look at the article: router does not give out internet via wi-fi. I wrote about this problem there. It’s a pity that you didn’t write what model exactly, you only indicated that the manufacturer is ZyXEL.

Also, you can try to do a full reset of the ZyXEL router, and set it up again. If turning on the Wi-Fi network with the switch on the router doesn’t help.
