Windows 10: The Internet does not connect via cable
Q: Internet is not connected via cable (says no Internet access). The cable is recognized, PPPOE settings entered….
The main thing, the Internet is there, but when you go to the browser, it disappears. It receives packets, but then stops. And it says no internet access. Windows 10 Drivers:
- Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter
- Marvell Yukon 88E8059 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Response:
Let’s take it one step at a time: if your computer responds to a cable connection, then the drivers and network card are probably fine. As a last resort, you can reinstall them.
Most likely, the problem is an improperly created high-speed connection, or the ISP.
How does it work? You start a high-speed connection (PPPoE), the Internet works, the status is “Internet access” (without the yellow icon), but as soon as you open a browser, the Internet disappears (limited)? Did everything work before?
