Wi-Fi access point on the laptop periodically stops working
Well in general such a problem, I give out Wi-Fi from my laptop through MyPublickwi-fi, works for about 10-15 minutes, pages load well, and then the access point seems to work, but on all devices that were connected to this access point, shows this network status “Saved”. And no device is connected until you restart the access point.

Too bad you didn’t write what version of Windows you have installed.
The first thing I would do is disable the Wi-Fi adapter to save power. I have shown how to do this here using Windows 10 as an example.
Next, I would try starting the Wi-Fi hotspot without the MyPublicwi-fi program, but using the command line.
No problems with antivirus? Are you not disabling it?
