Why isn’t the video on all devices through the TP-Link router?

Hello, I have a TP-Link Archer c20 modem, Windows 10. But here it seems that the version of Windows will not help, because on my phone it is the same. The problem is: the Internet is on, I can go to any site safely, but nowhere can I watch videos, clips, movies (Youtube, movie sites). They just won’t turn on, won’t play!

I understand that through the router video is not loaded, and just a black screen on the same YouTube? Although, I see in the screenshot that the previews are loading and viewing frames on hover works the same way.

To check, you can connect the internet directly to your laptop and see if the video will load on YouTube, other sites, and if Stim will work.
