When the computer is turned on, Wi-Fi disappears. Wireless mouse muffles wi-fi
Answer
Good day! What if you disconnect the wireless mouse adapter from the computer? I think the problem is understood here. The adapter from the wireless mouse works on the same frequency as the wi-fi network. I think in your case it’s 2.4 GHz. And the adapter is jamming the wi-fi network signal. If the wireless mouse was at 5 GHz, you wouldn’t have this problem.
I would start by setting the channel width to 20MHz in the router settings. The default is probably auto ( 20MHz/40MHz). And set it to channel 13. But be careful, if you set channel 13, some devices may not see the Wi-Fi network. You can try other channels. For example, the 12th channel.
You can also set the network mode to 802.11g. But by disabling 802.11n the speed on Wi-Fi network may drop very much.
