Two Samsung TVs on one Wi-Fi router (Wi-Fi turns off)

Question: Hello, I have a problem. I dug all over the Internet, the answer is not found, I have a router ASUS RT-N 10 at home, and here we bought a second TV Samsung, they are the same only the diagonal is different. One TV has a built-in wi-fi module, one does not. And here we connect wi-fi to the second TV, everything is normal, but!!! together TVs do not support wi-fi, that is, you can watch either one or the other. When the Internet works on one TV, and turn on the second one, this one immediately fails! Can you tell me what to do? Thank you.

Answer:

Good afternoon. You wrote that one TV with built-in wi-fi receiver, and the second without it. And how do you connect it to wi-fi? Do you have an external receiver connected to the second one? There is no possibility to connect the TV by cable?

I can say right away that ASUS RT-N 10 router is weak for Smart TVs, especially for two TVs. But if after connecting the second TV, the first one is immediately disconnected (if I understood you correctly), then the problem is not in the router’s power. There is something different here.

I’ve heard a lot of such problems before, just not with TVs. When you connect a certain device to the network, and the internet disappears on all devices. It’s not clear what the problem is.
