Tie a TP-Link TL-WR741N router and printer
There is a TP-Link TL-WR741N router and there is a Xerox wc 3019 printer, how can I connect the two without connecting a PC.

Do you mean Xerox WorkCentre 3119 printer model? In any case, you will not be able to connect this printer (or any other printer) to TP-LINK TL-WR741N. Because this router does not have a USB port. And it does not support a print server.
You can only connect the printer to a PC and use it as a network printer.
TP-LINK TL-WR741N is a budget router model, and there is no option to connect and share a printer.
