Worked well, but a week ago began to have problems (at this time the settings were not changed, manipulations with devices were not carried out). Everything works fine, and then pages stop loading (err_connection_refused in chrome).

Sometimes it happens that turn off/on Wi-Fi on the laptop and the site is loaded again, but the following is not (except for a long restart and something will load), but at the same time the one that loaded works normally, you can navigate through the pages.

When the modem ZTE MF833V is connected directly to Netis MW5230 and the router distributes internet to all devices. And it’s not clear with rebooting. Does the Internet start working after rebooting the router or the laptop? If the laptop (and disappears only on the laptop), then the modem/operator/router is fine.

But I think the operator is dropping the connection for some reason. Probably because of overloaded base stations (heavy load at the moment of quarantine). I would try in the settings of the modem/router to set all the same mixed mode of operation 3G/4G. Or only 3G. To test it at least.
