The Internet does not work via LAN cable on a PC (special case)

Hello. I have the following problem. I have connected and configured the router, access to the Internet is available. But here is the problem: the Internet on the PC does not work, but when I connect to the router on my phone, the Internet is there, and works perfectly. How can I solve this problem?
P.S. Automatic detection of IP addresses on the computer is set, as was in one of the solutions, but it was done before, and did not help.
