The Internet does not work via FreShtel router
Unexpectedly, the Internet from my FreshTel router (connected to my computer via cable) stopped working. The indicators showing that there is a signal via wi-fi are no longer lit. On the computer the status is “No Internet access” or “Restricted” (Windows 8). And on mobile devices, websites just don’t open, programs don’t work, etc.
The settings were reset, rebooted, there is money on the account, there is no work at the operator, I called the hotline at the company itself – they have been feeding me breakfasts for a week.
I tried to configure with the help of your site, but since there is no detailed information on this particular router – maybe I did something wrong, from what the problem.

Now, as for the problem with the Internet through FreshTel router. Have you tried to connect the Internet directly to your computer? If it is possible. This way you can understand if the Internet itself is working and if there are no problems with your ISP.
If you noticed that somehow the indicators on the router started to light up incorrectly, it can also indicate a breakdown of the router itself. And after resetting everything works as it should? The fact that the Internet does not work after you reset the settings, it is in most cases even normal. After all, the router needs to be reconfigured to connect to your Internet provider. Really, unless it’s really broken.
