The Internet disappears when another Wi-Fi network appears

Q: Internet (wi-fi) works fine until my neighbor turns on his router.
His network appears in the list, my laptop does not connect to it, but my own Internet disappears.
What can be the matter?

That’s an interesting problem. Is the radius only your wifi network, and your neighbor’s network? And how do other devices that are connected to your network behave? Does the network disappear completely from the list of available networks?

I think the problem is in the channel of the Wi-Fi network. Try changing the channel on your router.
