The Internet disappears on all devices via TP-Link. After setting up WAN

I bought a TP-Link, set it up, it worked fine for about an hour, then disappeared (on all devices). I changed the settings from static to dynamic IP – worked, then disappeared again after 2 hours (exclamation mark, no Internet access), again changed something in the settings (I do not remember, like IP, gateway, etc.) and worked, well, and disappeared again. (!) What could be the problem? There is no overload, Windows 7, did not check the drivers (maybe in them the problem?).

Answer

The problem is not in the driver. Since the internet disappears on all devices.

There is something wrong here. And this is most likely the problem.

The thing is that in the router settings, in the WAN section (where you most likely change static to dynamic IP) you need to specify the type of connection that your provider uses. There some specific connection type (Dynamic IP, PPPoE, L2TP, PPTP). It can’t be “this one”, or “that one”.

Check the type of connection and all the necessary parameters for connecting to the Internet with your ISP. And set them in the router settings. Before doing this, I advise you to reset TP-Link settings to remove all those settings that you have already set. Also clarify whether there is no binding by MAC-address. But if the Internet worked a little, most likely not.

You can read the article when configuring the router writes “No Internet access”.
