The Internet disappears on all devices from the access point in Windows 7

Hello. On a laptop with Windows 7 I made a virtual access point through the command line. The laptop gives out internet. Shared access enabled through a utility to my wifi adapter from Intel. The internet source is a 3g modem.

  1. The computer with Windows XP connects, works, but after a couple of minutes on it the Internet disappears, although it says that everything is connected. If you disconnect and connect the network connection on it, it works again, a couple minutes. Then when I try to go online, outgoing packets are coming, but incoming packets are not. I have to reconnect again. The adapter on the computer is usb.
  2. Phone – the same story. It connects, works for a minute, then there is no Internet, although it says it is connected to the Internet. I need to reconnect. In other Wi-Fi networks this phone works normally.
  3. The second phone – the same story. I don’t understand what is to blame here.

Answer

Hi. Since the Internet stops working on all devices connected to the access point, the problem is in the laptop itself, which distributes the Internet via wi-fi.

It seems to me that it’s your operator blocking the distribution of internet to other devices. Especially, you have internet on your laptop via 3G modem. If that is the case, there is nothing you can do there. You can call the support of your operator and clarify this point.

Also, I don’t really understand why you need the Intel adapter utility, where you open a shared access. Try to share the Internet manually, in the properties of the Internet connection.

Also, disable antivirus completely, if it is installed on your computer.
