The Internet disappears on a PC with Windows 10
Good evening, I recently got a hand-me-down computer with Widnows 10. And for 3 weeks I noticed that I have a regular Internet works Monday-Friday, and Saturday evening and Sunday Internet connection is absent, unidentified network, or there is a connection, but the Internet is very long loading sites, and sometimes refuses to load at all. Called the providers at home they came with a netbook checked the cable they all work all right, but I have a problem internet disappears tok on the computer. And wi-fi internet gives all normal. In general, their verdict was that either Widnows 10, or something with the network adapter is wrong. What to do? And what not to do can advise.
Answer
Hello. Did I understand you correctly, you have a router installed, which distributes internet via wi-fi, and via network cable to the problem computer with Widnows 10, which is losing internet?
If from this router other devices continue to work normally, then the problem is most likely in the PC. It would be a good idea to connect it to another router, of course. Or connect the internet directly to the PC without the router. Have you tried that?
But why the problem with the Internet only on weekends, it is not clear. Maybe there is some kind of parental control program set up in the system, or something else. Ideally, of course, reinstall Widnows 10. To get a clean system. Maybe that will solve the problem.
