The thing is that Zyxel Keenetic doesn’t have a factory password. It is not installed there from the factory. And when you enter the router settings for the first time, a window appears asking you to set a password to protect the router’s web-interface.

In any case, even if someone has already set this password, resetting the settings to factory defaults solves the problem. That’s for sure. You may not have done the factory reset correctly.
