Hello. There are a lot of unclear points in your problem.

If you connect the Internet to your computer, run the connection on it, then the Internet works normally?
Have you configured PPPoE connection on the router correctly? Have you set all the parameters given by the provider? Is the internet connection status on TP-Link TL-WR841N “connected”? Is the globe indicator on the router on/blinking?
When you connect your computer to the router, don’t you start Internet connection on your computer? You don’t need to do that!
Does the provider definitely see that the router is connected to the internet, or does it see your computer? On the bottom of the TP-Link TL-WR841N is its MAC address, dictate it to your ISP and have them verify the addresses.
