Parental control at TP-Link TL-WR842N

Hello. I have such a problem: I bought a router TP-Link TL-WR842N hint how to set parental control to close access to sites (all sites) so that users can not download to watch videos….. please help me if anyone knows I would be grateful…..

And I don’t really understand why you need to block access to all sites? It’s easier to block the connection of the device to the router. And if you want to block only video viewing or downloading, there is no such option.
