No Internet connection via tp-link
Answer
You described your case, you wrote about many different problems, but you didn’t write any specific information about the problem. You didn’t even specify the model of the TP-Link router.
After resetting the settings on the TP-Link it broadcasts the Wi-Fi network with the factory name. About the problems with entering the settings , we have an article /errors-and-breakdowns/does-not-go-into-the-settings-of-the-router-for-192-168-0-1-or-192-168-1-1-1-1-what-to-do/ I can’t specifically advise, as I don’t know what you have going on there, what settings, etc.
The fact that after resetting the settings there is no internet connection through the TP-Link router is normal. You need to go into the router settings, and configure it to connect to the Internet. Only after that the router will distribute the Internet. You also need to set (change) the password to the Wi-Fi network. You need to fully customize the router. After restoring the factory settings, it is as good as new.
Again, I can’t know what happened there and why you did a factory reset. There may be a hardware failure in the router. There could be a lot of reasons.
