Low unloading speed through a netis router
Maybe you might know what it could be
The gist:
- There is a router: Netis WF2411.
- And a laptop: Dell Latitude D630.
Connected by cable. Not wi-fi. Speedtest speed 20Mb/sec
But when I upload files the speed is 200kbyte/sec, but it should be 2000kbyte/sec.
I tried different resources.
The same laptop tried on another network with another D-Link router where the speed is 100 Mbps – everything works fine, the speed is 8 Mbps, that is, the port is whole.
How to friend this laptop with Netis do not understand. I will be grateful for any advice.
Answer
Good afternoon. Did I understand you correctly, you have low speed exactly when you upload files to the Internet? Write in the comments what and where you upload and where do you check the speed?
When checking through Speedtest.net, 20 Mbps, is that the upload speed? It seems to me that the limitation is on the side of the resource where you upload the file, that’s why the speed is so low. Or have you tried uploading to the same resource through another network?
Or the culprit is a weak router Netis WF2411.
