Good day. You have not written specifically what error (problem) in the program. “Now it is not distributed at all” is not a description of the problem. You need specific information.
Let’s leave this program. What’s in “Mobile hotspot”? What’s the error, what’s the status?
Next, if you watched my articles, there I often wrote about checking the virtual adapter in Device Manager. What do you have there, do you have a virtual adapter? Is it enabled?
I advise you to do a rollback of the Wi-Fi adapter driver.
