After all, in this modem the default address is 192.168.1.1, login – admin and password – admin. Try using user instead of admin. Or else: login – superadmin, password – !@HuaweiHgw
Perhaps the password was changed and the settings were not reset. Or did you reset them exactly?
Keep the Reset button pressed for 10 seconds.
Also try to enter the web-interface through another browser (standard browser is better).
