How to create a shortcut for an internet block in Windows 10?
When => on the created shortcut, the Internet is enabled.
To turn off the internet =>Ctrl-click on the shortcut => Disable. Everything works in 7.
However, in Windows 10, it is turned on but not turned off, i.e., when =>PCM on the shortcut, it does not switch from “Enabled” to “Disable”.
You can => “File Location” and in the “Network Connections” folder disable the internet.
Same story with Windows 8, tried it for 1 hour and switched to Windows 7.
Response:
Checked, it really doesn’t work to turn off the “Ethernet” connection with a shortcut on Windows 10. It’s the same story with the wireless connection. You can turn it on, but you can’t turn it off.
But I think I found a solution. I just opened “Network Connections”, and dragged the desired adapter to the desktop. And that shortcut worked fine. You could turn the internet connection on and off.
And if you right click on it and select “Create shortcut”, it doesn’t work.
