But, it is possible that indeed you have some sort of glitch. I understand you deleted the network using these instructions, and now the “Incorrect key or passphrase” error appears when you connect.
I think you can solve the problem by changing the Wi-Fi network name and password, in the settings of your router. Very often, this helps. Especially changing the SSID (network name).
