Answer
Valentina, you have provided very little information. The error “network is unstable” (if I’m not mistaken, the code of this error is 102) appears only in a particular application, for example, in the LG Store? At what point and where do you see this error on your LG Smart TV? Is the internet working in the browser? If you can, attach a photo of the error in the comments below.
I have never encountered this error even though I have used several LG TVs on webOS. I searched for information about this error on the internet, looked for advice on forums, and I want to advise you the following solutions:
- Since the LG 43UJ639V TV has wi-fi, I would try unplugging the cable and connecting it to the internet via wi-fi. To a router, or give out internet from a smartphone. I wonder if the “network unstable” error would disappear with that connection.
- I saw some reports on the Internet that this error was solved by changing two settings: country of location and country of service. You need to set one country. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you where exactly these settings are on your TV. But, I think, it will not be difficult to find them.
- Write static DNS on your LG TV. Only you need to write DNS for a wired connection.
- Check the time settings on your TV.
- Turn off the power to the TV for 15 minutes.
- You can update the firmware. Download the firmware from the LG website to a flash drive and update on the TV.
- Change MTU in the router settings. Usually, the default is 1500. You can try to set it to 1460.
- Perform a full reset of the TV once again.
