I reset it to factory settings.

192.168.1.254 is written on the stickers.

Just one socket for the cord.

Browsers give an error.

TP-LINK TL-AP450D, it’s some kind of Chinese version or something. Probably bought on Aliexpress. I am not familiar with this device specifically. There may be a lot of reasons for this.

I advise you to try to enter the settings from another device, or see the article: what to do if you can’t enter the router settings. It is possible that the router is simply broken.
