Hello. When connecting Slinex RX-30IP converter via Wi-Fi (Asus RT-N11P router) via Cloud Call application (Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x smartphone) A window pops up in the application: Device not found! Please check the settings and try again. All permissions in the smartphone are set. Account and password are up to date. Previously connected to the router lp video camera, smart outlet, smartphone, tablet. Everything is working. Hello. I have not had to configure Slinex RX-30IP, but after looking at information on the Internet, I noticed a few things that may cause you to not be able to connect to Slinex RX-30IP from your smartphone.

If you are connecting this converter via wi-fi, the setup process is as follows:

On the Slinex RX-30IP you need to press the “TD” button for about 4 seconds. It will activate the access point mode. The access point mode indicator will light up on the front. You have to wait for a while until the indicator starts flickering. It will be rebooted.
On the phone (in your case Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x) connect to the Wi-Fi network, which is distributed by Slinex RX-30IP. It looks like this:
Launch the Slinex app on your phone. Press “Add new device”. Instructions will appear there, which you need to skip.
Next, from the list of networks, select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password correctly. So that Slinex RX-30IP can connect to your Wi-Fi network.
A message will appear that after successful connection to your home network Slinex RX-30IP will beep.
Connect your smartphone back to your home Wi-Fi network. Since the converter and the phone will be connected through one router, you will be able to configure the converter from your phone (via local network).
