Connecting several IP cameras via Powerline Adapter
Q: I want to know if the circuit (see pic) will work?
Two IP video cameras are connected to a PowerLine adapter with two Ethernet ports and then to a router, which in turn is connected to a video recorder.

If the question is whether the connection is via PowerLine adapters, then I think it will work. If your wiring is fine and you have one phase.
All devices will be on the same network, and the circuit should work. I myself personally have not set up such a scheme, and I am not very well versed in video surveillance systems. Therefore, I cannot give a specific answer.
