After turning off/sleep, the laptop does not see WiFi access point
So here you connect to the point, check the box to connect automatically. Everything works fine. If you turn it off or send it to sleep, then after turning on the laptop, there are no access points in the list of networks and no other people’s access points either.
You make network diagnostics, something there resets and access points appear again. Thought with the laptop something, brought to my home I normally connect to the access point and after turning off or sleep does not lose the point. What could be the problem, can you tell me? Thanks. Laptop HP 255 G5, Windows 10 home
The problem is very strange. You write that in your parents’ house after turning on or leaving the sleep mode the laptop does not see any network (other people’s networks too). But you have no such problem in your house. It turns out that the reason is not in the laptop, and not in the new router.
You do network diagnostics, something resets there and access points appear again.
