After connecting the laptop and Wi-Fi settings, other devices will be connected

Hi! I recently did a laptop reinstall, then wanted to turn on the internet and installed wi-fi on the laptop. That is, when installing the network, wrote there 8-digit number, which I looked on the sticker of the router. Immediately on the laptop the internet started working, but on Android the wi-fi was disconnected. On the laptop, the Wi-Fi name used to be TP-LINK_48458, but now it’s ADMIN-PC_Network. And even if I enter the password I found in the settings, on the cellular Wi-Fi does not connect. And by the way, before wifi didn’t work, I had open access.

Hi, I understood your problem. Indeed, when you connect your computer to an unconfigured router, it prompts you to set up a Wi-Fi network. Set a network name and put a password. Which you did. Windows itself set the network name “ADMIN-PC_Network”. You didn’t even enter it.

And other devices, including Android, disconnected from the network because the wi-fi settings were changed.

You need to go to the router settings through the browser, and configure the Wi-Fi network. Change the network name and password. If you want, just disable the password, make the wi-fi network open. But I don’t advise you to do that. And then already connect your devices to the new network, with a new password.

Instructions:

I think you should be able to do this.
