A competitor of such popular routers as TP-LINK TL-WR741ND, ZyXEL Keenetic Start, etc. In fact, D-link DIR-615/A is a router that is perfect for a small house or apartment. Frankly speaking, if you have a large three-room apartment, I would not recommend buying this router. It can’t boast of a large radius of Wi-Fi coverage. But for a small two-room or one-room apartment, it is a great, inexpensive router, which is definitely worth its money.

D-link DIR-615/A collects just a huge number of reviews in online stores and on different sites. And this indicates that the model is really popular and it is bought. Reviews are mostly positive, and if they complain, then, as I wrote above, about the poor signal. Of the pluses of the router should be noted interesting housing, a small price, simple setup and stable operation. If you are looking for a router that will distribute the Internet over Wi-Fi and cable (if necessary) to several devices, then D-link DIR-615 is a great option.

Features of D-link DIR-615/A

As I have already written, on the Internet reviews are mostly positive. Yes, someone may have gotten a defect, someone does not know how to configure it correctly, or the problem in general in the provider or computer. Various things happen. Of the main disadvantages, it is a weak signal, which through two walls can already completely disappear. Here the main thing is to choose the right location of the router in the house. That is often a problem because of the cable of the Internet provider, which is already likely to be laid in a certain room.

The router looks good, I would even say stylish. Half of the front panel is glossy, and the other half is made under the brushed metal. There is a WPS button, and a power on/off button. It is possible to hang D-link DIR-615 on the wall. Moreover, this possibility is well thought out, the cables are laid from the bottom.

In the kit with the router you will find a power adapter, network cable (by the way, it is somehow very short) and a manual.
