WiFi distribution from a laptop through a USB 3G modem does not work
I can’t understand. I set up everything according to the scheme: I get internet via usb modem on my phone or from a Wi-Fi router. From my laptop I give out Wi-Fi for other devices. Everything works. As soon as I connect the Internet via USB 3g modem, there is no Internet via Wi-Fi laptop. Although there is connection to (wi-fi network of the laptop) devices. Everything is pinged.

From your description it is difficult to understand what and how you have configured, when it does not work and when it works. The problem is clear in principle, the internet disappears because the laptop is receiving internet from another connection, in the properties of which the internet is not shared.
But I don’t understand what “usb modem on the phone” and Wi-Fi router have to do with it?
Write down when and at what connection the Internet you are distributing from your laptop works and when it doesn’t work.
