The password entering field for WiFi in Windows 10 does not appear
I reinstalled Windows 10 and decided to connect to a Wi-Fi network, but it turned out that the password was wrong (just found out today). Yesterday I tried to connect to wifi, I entered the wrong password 5 times (not on purpose, I just didn’t know that the password was wrong), and then Windows stopped showing the password field for wifi. After I click on my network (in the field of available Wi-Fi networks in the lower right corner), click on the “next” button, it says something like “Checking network requirements” and then gives “Error”. and then it says “Network verification error” (sort of).
Response:
I haven’t encountered this problem in Windows 10 yet. I think the first thing to do is to check if your network is saved. And if it is, then forget it. How to forget network in Windows 10, I wrote here.
Another option is to change the name of your Wi-Fi network in the router settings. Then, the computer will see the network as a new one, and the password field should reappear.
