The scheme is certainly interesting, but you can try. On the router (the model you did not write) should be a client mode, adapter, bridge, or repeater. In this mode, the router can receive internet via Wi-Fi from the tablet, and distribute it via network cable, or again via wi-fi.
If the internet through the router works, it can be connected to the local network in your classroom, and it should be able to distribute internet to all computers on the network.
But, even if it works, it’s unlikely to be stable. Especially if you need Internet access for an entire computer class.
