Wi-Fi is turned off on a laptop, and without access to the Internet

Good afternoon, I recently bought a Wi-Fi router called Upvel. I needed it to connect my new laptop to the internet. We bought the router, configured and everything worked well, but after two days the Internet was gone. We had it set up by a technician from tech support (we use cable and internet services). Everything was set up, the Internet worked again. And in the same way, after 1 day it disappeared. And so repeated 2 times. I try to connect through the phone. wi-fi is connected, but the Internet itself is not. And so on every device. Before Wi-Fi router we had a regular modem, only on one computer. Can you tell me what to do? Is it a problem in the router? Or is it related to the computer ?

Answer:

Good afternoon. The problem is clear in principle, except that it turns out that Wi-Fi is not lost, the network itself is there, devices are connected to it, just the Internet does not work. Without access to the Internet.

Have you tried turning the router off and on when the Internet is no longer working? Simply, when the connection to Wi-Fi is there, but the Internet does not work, it means that the router is not connected to the Internet provider. But for what reason it does not connect, it is already difficult to say, there are many options: problems at the provider, a failure in the router itself, router settings fly off, etc.

If the master who came to configure the router told you the reason, then perhaps I could advise something specific to your problem.
