But when I go to any site from my phone or computer, it starts loading endlessly. Even if I go to some application from my phone that requires Internet connection, and Wi-Fi will be turned off, it will write to me that there is no connection, but if I turn on Wi-Fi on my phone, it writes that there is Internet, but the endless downloading starts. (and I have had this problem for a few days now, I have paid for my internet).

In any case, first you need to understand what the problem is. If very low internet speed on all devices, as far as I understand from the description, there is no speed at all, nothing opens, then the problem is either in the router or in the provider.
To check this, just connect the Internet directly to your computer, without a router. See what will be the speed of the Internet. Then you can think further. And you can call your ISP support, maybe they have some problems there.
