Is there a repeater mode on the ASUS RT-N12C1 router?

Can ASUS RT-N12C1 router work as a repeater or access point, I need to increase the wireless network at home.

I don’t have ASUS RT-N12C1, so I can’t tell you exactly. Anyway, you can go to the ASUS RT-N12C1 settings, to the “Administration” tab and see if there are different operating modes there: “Repeater mode”, “Access point mode”.

If there is such a tab in the settings and modes, you will be able to configure everything according to the instructions. The access point mode is suitable for expanding the home Wi-Fi network when connected to the main router via a network cable.

You probably want to connect to the main network via wi-fi. In this case, the repeater mode is better for you.
