I turn off the PC – that’s it, the Internet appears on the smartphone and you can work. In fact, the smartphone connects to the access point itself, but no further. I understand that somewhere there should be a setting to allow parallel operation of ezernet and wi-fi, but I can’t find it.

You probably mean that the provider binds the Internet by MAC-address, and the Internet is connected to the PC. That is, it is bound to the MAC-address of the computer’s network card.

It’s not very clear what the login is. There is no such thing when connecting to Wi-Fi. You only need to specify the network password.

On the problem: most likely you just have a router incorrectly configured to work with your Internet provider. Is your ISP’s Internet (cable) connected to ZYXEL Keenetic Lite III? If the problem is in binding the Internet by MAC address, then you just need to change the MAC address of the router. Write the MAC address of your computer on it. Or call your ISP and ask them to bind the Internet to the new MAC address of the router. It is indicated on the sticker on the router itself.
