Internet from a smartphone (Android) on a router or …
Answer
Hello. The scheme is certainly interesting. And why transmit the Internet via Wi-Fi to the router, if you can connect the necessary devices to the smartphone itself.
Let me start with the fact that Samsung S7272 phone can not be used as a modem connected to the TP-Link TL-MR3220 router. ASUS routers have this feature. There Android phone can be used as a modem. But I don’t know if all phones are supported.
You can try to connect TP-Link TL-MR3220 to Samsung s7272 Wi-Fi network in bridge mode. I wrote about it in a separate instruction: Configuring Tp-Link router in bridge mode (WDS).
You can also try to connect Samsung s7272 to TP-Link TL-MR3220 via computer. Except that I don’t know how the smartphone is detected on the computer. What kind of connection it creates in network connections. About the error you are getting, I wrote in the article: error when allowing shared access to Internet connection.
