Is the cable from your ISP connected to the WAN port of Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi 3?
Are you sure your ISP uses Dynamic IP (DHCP) connection type?
If it is Dynamic IP, is it sure there is MAC address binding? You need to check with your ISP.
If there is MAC binding, and you cloned it in the Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi 3 settings, did you clone it from the computer to which the Internet is bound? Was the address cloned?
When you connect the cable from the ISP to the computer, does the internet work?
