Why doesn’t TP-Link NC220 not go to the IP settings?

Excuse me, but to remind the question I will repeat the previous correspondence before asking the next one.

What I did. I tried every option:

connected the camera via a cable with snaps (the other one doesn’t fit) with the laptop.
I tried the IPs you recommended (I specified them in the browser command line).
The attempts were made with the power off and on.
The router was not started.
The connection to the laptop’s Internet was not disconnected.
I didn’t try using the emulator (I didn’t have time for that).
tpCamera does not find the camera without router (probably it should) and with router, to be honest, I did not see IP camera in it.

I think I already wrote to you in a previous reply to do a camera reset.

Now let’s go through your points:

You can connect the camera to the laptop with a network cable, directly. But it is not necessary. It is more correct to connect the camera to the same router to which the laptop is connected.
IP addresses should be entered in the address bar of the browser. Not in the search bar. I’m guessing that’s what you’ve been doing.
If the power to the camera is off, you will never get into its settings.
If the connection is direct, the router may be off.
If the router was off, how was the laptop connected to the internet.
Leave the emulator for later.
The tpCamera will never see the TP-Link NC220 camera without a router. The camera and the phone you run tpCamera on must be connected to the same router.

Everything is very simple there. The main thing is that the camera should be connected to the router to which the laptop and smartphone are connected. You can install the TP-LINK Camera Control program on your laptop. It will detect the camera and show its IP address in the network. Through which you can access the control panel in your browser.
