The Wi-Fi distribution has disappeared and does not enter the TP-Link TD-W8951ND settings
Answer
Hi. You had an interesting solution before – changing the wifi network password. I think what helped was simply rebooting the TP-Link TD-W8951ND. Which happened after changing the password and the internet started working again.
I am 90% sure that this is a hardware failure. That is, something with the hardware (the board itself), or the power adapter.
Buttons should not be pressed twice, but the Reset button should be held down for 10 seconds. According to the indicators you will see that the reset occurred. If you can’t get to 192.168.1.1 after that, it’s definitely a hardware failure. Provided you do everything correctly. You can look at another article: can ‘t enter router settings on 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.
By the way, TP-Link TD-W8951ND has a button to disable Wi-Fi network. Maybe you pressed it by accident? Try pressing it again, or press and hold it for 3 seconds. Is the Wi-Fi indicator light off?
Most likely you’ll have to buy a new router. But without seeing the device itself, I can’t say anything concrete, only guesses.
