I can not go to 192.168.0.1 after setting up the bridge on tp-Link
Reboot the router, disconnect the connection, join again: mark “No Internet connection” disappears, everything works! (There is i-net on all devices) BUT now go into the router settings is impossible neither with IP or http, tried and 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1, ping on IP no. (Checked – in the network settings static IP is not). I reset the router to factory settings – and-net is not, in the settings at 192.168.0.1 enters. I set up the bridge again – and-net appears, but it does not let me enter the settings anymore.
Maybe security checkbox somewhere?
Answer
Good afternoon. Thank you for the detailed description of the problem.
The problem is not in the security checkbox. It’s just that you are disabling DHCP. Try not disabling the DHCP server. Internet should work and router settings should open.
Or the second option. In the settings of the access point on the phone displays a list of connected devices. And most likely there you can see the IP-address, which is assigned to TP-LINK WR842. And already at this address you can try to enter its settings.
