Does not go into the TP-Link with DSL modem input. How to make a reset?
Good afternoon, please advise me! I have a TP-Link router with DSL input + 4 network sockets. On it can not go into its settings through the browser 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.1 does not help:((((( Also also does not work Reset button (Reset device settings does not happen). But at the same time the laptop sees it as an access point. I can’t go through Wi-Fi because I don’t know the password. Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon. Let’s go in order:
- Is the computer or laptop from which you can’t access the settings of the TP-Link ADSL modem connected to the modem by cable? Is automatic IP acquisition set on the computer? I wrote about possible reasons in the article with solutions to problems with entering router settings.
- Try opening the settings at tplinkmodem.net.
- About resetting the settings on TP-Link ADSL modem. Did you do it correctly? You need to turn on the router, and for about 10 seconds press the Reset button with something sharp.
Press the button and hold it. At this point look at the indicators. They will tell you when the reset has occurred. You can release the button.
- Next, about connecting to the Wi-Fi network of the modem from the laptop. If you (or someone) did not change the password, try the factory password. It should be indicated at the bottom of the modem, on the sticker. Most often it is signed as PIN.
Try it. You can write about the results in the comments.
