If the login/password to the Sagemcom router cabinet from Vodafone does not fit, and you have tried to enter the factory login/password, then the reason is most likely that they were changed by the master when setting up the router. They often do this so that users can’t go into the router settings and change some parameters there. I can’t be 100% sure that this is your case, but it is most likely.
Look at the documents that the Vodafone wizard gave you after setting up your Sagemcom router. Maybe he wrote down a new username and password. Or maybe it’s written down somewhere on the router itself. If not, you can call Vodafone support, maybe they set the same password there, and they will tell you.
I would also try to enter the Sagemcom settings with the factory login and password through another browser. Maybe the “Incorrect username or password” error will go away.
The last option is to reset the router to factory settings. But this is an extreme case, as you will have to set everything up again. Including setting the parameters for connection to Vodafone. And it is not a fact that you will be able to do it. You may be left without Internet at all.
