The TL-WR720N router freezes after connecting a PC with Wi-Fi adapter TP-Link TL-WN781ND

Collected a new PC, connected to it via pci adapter tl-wn781nd, connected to his Wi-Fi network (Router TL-WR720N) and it seems all is well, the Internet is, but after a couple of minutes, the Internet disappears in the whole house, and on the PC in which inserted vf adapter begins to reboot the network. And so it happens all the time. Tried usb adapter from the same TP-Link, the same thing. I’ll tell you right away, scoured the entire Internet, tried everything: starting from drivers for everything that can be and power off to save energy, ending re-flashing rotuera, reinstalling the OS (different), changing the parameters of the router, adapter. Before this problem such problems were not (connected 2 laptops, 2 phones, plus sometimes come friends with their phones and laptops), never once was disconnected or hangs. What to do? Help please!!!

Hello. I am unlikely to be able to help you. I have heard about this problem many times already. With different devices. After connecting a smartphone or tablet, the router hangs up and the Internet disappears, then after connecting a laptop to wi-fi. Now I have TP-Link TL-WN781ND wi-fi adapter. Some kind of conflict. It’s not clear what and where. It’s a mystery. And nothing helps. You even reinstalled Windows and tried another adapter. So, it turns out that the problem is not in the adapter.

I would check these adapters on another computer. And try to connect the computer to a different Wi-Fi network. I’m sure everything will work perfectly though. I think replacing the router will solve the problem.

I ran into a similar problem the other day. I connect to a new MikroTik router via TP-Link wi-fi adapter, and the Wi-Fi on my computer disappears at the same second. The wi-fi adapter is completely disconnected. I connected via the laptop’s built-in Wi-Fi module – everything works.
