After removing Avast antivirus, the Internet does not work

After expiration of Avast antivirus, Acer laptop, Windows 7, gives invalid IP parameters. Implemented all recommendations (reset adapter, dns, tsr; entered addresses manually and automatically), removed the remains of antivirus, reinstalled Internet drivers from the disk. The network is the Internet is not (invalid IP parameters). In the tablet and phone internet is, please help.

Have you uninstalled Avast antivirus via “Uninstall and change programs”?

Do a network reset again. In the command line running as administrator, run the commands from the article at the link above. Restart your computer.
Then go to “Network Connections”, right-click on the adapter through which you have Internet connection (I don’t know if you have Wi-Fi or cable) and select “Properties”. Look in the list to see if there are any components related to Avast antivirus.
If there is something strange, then disable them by unchecking the box and click Ok.

What is the status of your Internet connection? Icon on the notification panel. Does the error “invalid IP parameters” appear after running diagnostics?
