Internet access is blocked. Perhaps the connection is blocked by a firewall or antivirus program

Attempts to access any website from my laptop (Windows 10) via my home Wi-Fi fail. The following message appears: “Internet access is blocked. The connection may be blocked by a firewall or antivirus program” if you access the site using Yandex Browser. I can’t get to the site using other browsers either. We tried disabling the firewall, it didn’t help. What can I do to access the sites?

There is very little information about the problem. Please clarify:

  1. After what in browsers began to appear error “Internet access is blocked. Perhaps the connection is blocked by firewall or antivirus program”? Did you install something, change settings? Please attach a screenshot of the error in the comments below.
  2. Is the error the same in all browsers and appears on all sites?
  3. On other devices, through your home Wi-Fi network, do the sites open normally?
  4. What antivirus do you have installed? Have you tried disabling or uninstalling it completely?

Try changing the status of the network itself. If you have Public network there, then click on it and change it to Home.
