The smartphone does not connect to one specific Wi-Fi network. Writes disabled

TP LINK does not connect to Wi-Fi on one particular smartphone, while other smartphones, tablets and laptops work. At the same time, this smartphone was previously connected without any problems! This smartphone was tested connected to other Wi-Fi networks – everything works. But this particular network one day it stopped connecting, or rather it briefly connects and then writes “disconnected” in brackets.

For a short time of connection (about 1-2 seconds) even manage to come messages in WhatsApp. it seems that TP LINK itself blocks for some reason?

Is it possible?

Answer

TP-Link router itself can’t block your smartphone connection. But if someone has blocked your smartphone in the router settings, then there may be such a problem with connection and the message “Disconnected”. And that’s most likely what happened in your case. Is the router yours? Does someone else have access to the settings? You can go into the router settings and see if your smartphone is set to block. It’s a pity you didn’t write the model of the router. I won’t be able to tell you in detail.

You can also try to reset the network settings on the smartphone itself. Or simply delete this Wi-Fi network and reconnect.

Reboot the router.
