I can not play online games through a router. Why?

In general, after the change of provider first appeared the first problem – No internet on the PC and also on the phone via wi-fi, but at the same time worked TV, which is connected to the set-top box, which is connected to the router via wire.

Flashing the router helped, I can safely surf the Internet (watch vidosiki on Youtube, and more) from the PC and also from the phone, but I can not play any online games (CS:GO, PlanetSide 2, Heroes & General, War Thunder…), as there are other games (PUBG, Escape from tarkov), which work normally. Tried to reflash to other firmware, tried to open ports, turned on NAT-DMZ, turned off the firewall on the router nothing helps.

If you plug the wire directly into the PC, everything is fine and there are no problems. Here I sit for a week and do not know what to do, please help.

Answer

Why are the online games you listed not working through the router? No connection to the server, or is there another problem? Are there no other computers/laptops connected to this router? You could check if these games work on another computer. This would rule out a problem on the PC (Windows)/game side. Which router?

As a rule, these games automatically work through any router, and there is no need to configure or open ports. Everything is configured and works thanks to the UPnP feature.

Somehow it seems to me that your router is not properly configured. As far as I know, some ISPs use L2TP or PPTP connection type. Did you choose the connection type in the router settings, specify the login/password and server name (check this information with your ISP)? You do not need to run a high-speed connection on your computer.

Perhaps these online games do not work because of incorrect router settings. And others are still working because of peculiarities in the connection. I would do a router reset, set up a proper internet connection (ISP) and look further. Since there all these port redirections and other settings that you have already done, can only interfere.
