Rebooting phone when distributing the Internet to a computer where VPN is included
The first couple of weeks are normal, but then in a minute or two on the computer disappears internet (writes that the connection is limited), and the phone restarts. I try another service – VPN Monster with distribution of free keys, and everything repeats: a couple of weeks is normal, and then the phone overloads. I think: greedy VPN providers – to check I try the 24-hour free version of SaferVPN, but then everything is the same – limited and overloaded.
The thought now I have – it’s Vodafone puts sticks in the wheels, but in the phone program VPN Speed from 4pda, and with it has not once had problems. I tried to set up several ways from the phone to distribute VPN, but it didn’t work.
Maybe you have some advice?
With respect. Andrew.
Answer
This is a very strange case. I think that the problem is hardly in the tariff “Unlimited” and in the operator Vodafone in general. Yes, after starting VPN they somehow fix that there is Internet distribution and block it. Perhaps, connection through VPN somehow equalizes TTL value. But then why does the phone reboot? And why does everything work for several weeks?
Try ZenMate VPN. If possible, try to give out internet from another phone. Preferably, of course, through the same Vodafone “Unlimited”. Well, you can put a VPN on another computer and connect it to your phone.
Maybe there is a heavy load on the phone after starting the VPN, or a conflict of some kind.
Sorry that only guesses and no solutions. But I can’t even imagine what could be the problem.
And how did you change TTL on your computer?
